All orders received after NOON (Indian standard time) will be shipped within 4 business days.

All orders placed on public/national holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by www.Javerian.com will be shipped within 4 business days.

In rare cases of unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment-processing times may be delayed.

Ordered items will be shipped within 3-4 business days from the date of order. In the event of unforeseen delays outside of our control, the estimated shipping date is subject to change without notice.

Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available to receive the package. If the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

Coupon codes are valid until deactivated by Javerian. We limit one coupon code per person. Valid for the customers in India only. Discount does not apply to shipping and handling or tax. Offers are subject to change or expiration at any time at Javerian’s sole discretion.

www.Javerian.com  will fulfil your order in a timely and efficient manner. In case the package is returned for ANY reason, you will still have to pay the original shipping fee. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges. We do not accept product exchanges. A shipping fee is applicable on All orders of Any value delivered to Any destination within India.

We could offer a discount for a limited period on the shipping fee (it can be up to 100% off on the shipping fee). The same shall be displayed on the website on the product page or offers or at the checkout page.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to your order after other discounts are applied. And before taxes and handling charges are added.

Shipping discount coupons are non-transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase.

In case of a refund due to the return of products or for any other reason, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

How do I make payments on Javerian?

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Javerian?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Javerian. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay (shipping and handling excluded).

Credit cards: We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

To pay using your credit card, you will need to enter your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the back of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s online payments page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards: We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card, you will need to enter your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page to enter your online password (issued by your bank) and the payment is complete.
